More about this Workshop/Service and the Provider

Bring your pupils along for a visit to Beale Wildlife Park, and discover all that the Park has to offer.

We encourage learning outside the classroom and have a variety of self-led worksheets to help school groups find out more about the plants and animals living in the Park.

If you want something a little more hands-on, you can hire the use of the Park’s pond dipping equipment or take part in one of our conservation workshops.

We believe that our diverse range of animals, along with our adventure playgrounds, provides a wild and informative day out for both teachers and school children.

Our adventure-packed, school party group bookings can be tailored to suit your group:
•A competitive group rate – Click here to visit our Group Bookings page
•A range of pre-booked activities including pond dipping, conservation workshops and self-led worksheets (additional charges apply)
•Free coach parking
•A complimentary ticket for up to two teachers: come and familiarise yourself with the Park, do your risk assessments, and prepare activities for your party prior to your visit
•Pre-booked activities (additional charges apply)
•Pre-booked packed lunch boxes and/or ice lollies (additional charges apply)
•Pre-booked Beale Wildlife Park goodie bag (additional charges apply)

Testimonials

"This Park is incredible. There are so many animals to see: Al Pacas, meerkats, owls, pigs, reindeer, goats, capybaras, raccoons, prairie dogs and so many more. There were very well set out walks around the park and children’s playgrounds set up around it as well so that they were never full as there were so many. There was a pool but adults needed to get in with the children as it was too deep to let younger children to enter. In the ticket price was a free train trip around the park and the children really enjoyed it. There were picnic tables all over the park and also a restaurant. This place is amazing and look forward to another visit."

"Lots of fun for young one and old ones! Went there with our daughter and her family. We took a picnic and sat on the spacious grass picnic area which also had benches if you preferred. There were lots of small animals and exotic birds, pretty plants and flowers, fascinating statues and figures scattered around the grounds, play areas and apparatus for the children, a beautiful Chinese garden to walk round, large Koi and ordinary carp, restaurant, convenience rooms and a fun train ride to boot! It’s a definite recommendation! Great day out!"
