There are so many health and wellbeing benefits to trampolining, from building muscle strength to increasing cardiovascular fitness, improving co-ordination and significantly reducing stress. That's why we're working with more and more schools who want innovative PE sessions that provide real rewards.
We are delighted that Schools, nurseries and special units are now choosing to return with groups of students on a weekly basis throughout the academic year. Is your school one of them? We'd like to think they should be!
As a Member of the International Association of Trampoline Parks, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for Schools to visit, whether for a School Trip, structured PE Lesson or end of term party, a group of 10, 50 or 150. With ten minutes of trampolining believed to be more efficient cardio workout than 30-mins of running, it is of benefit for people of all ages and abilities which is perhaps most exciting.
All bookings can be tailored to meet your individual needs and requirements, with a special School Groups rate of just £7 per person* available Monday to Friday during term time. If you’re looking to bounce for longer, an extra hour can be added to your booking for just £5 per person.
