Over the last 30 years the park has grown its animal population from rare breed farm animals to more exotic species.
With enclosures spread across 90 acres featuring Reindeer, Wallabies, Alpaca, Pygmy Goats to chickens – there is certainly plenty to see!
Our Animal Barn also features an ever changing variety of animals from goats to pythons and gives all visitors the opportunity to get close to our animals especially during our ‘animal cuddle’ demonstrations.
When Doug Douglas took over the management of the park he wanted to diversify the park’s wildlife. He is passionate about our children learning about the UK’s indigenous species, and with that introduced Red Fox to the park and plans to continue with introducing other native animals.
