Testimonials

Our Middle Years students had such an amazing time at Avon Tyrrell. Thank you again for organising such a wonderful trip. At the leavers' assembly several mentioned the Middle Years Adventure as the defining moment of their year.
Hampton Court School

Thank you for two very smooth trips this year. We ended up bringing 147 students on the first visit and 182 students on the second visit. One of the highlights for me is how your staff work with the students in building up their communications skills and help them to come to decisions about how to tackle things then spending time with them allowing the students to work out how they could have done things better. This fits in so well with what we try to do in school and really helps the students adopt this type of mindset.
Weydon School

From us as leaders we would like to say a massive Thank you! From the numerous emails back and forth before our visit to make sure all was organised as we needed - to the equipment and activities while we were there. The wet room, changing bed and all terrain wheelchairs make such a difference to the practical side of camping with a disability. As do the fridges and electric in the tents! The activities were great especially  the water sports, pond dipping and accessible cycling. Thank you to all of the staff across all the activities for their time, patience and good humour with the kids! All of the children had a great time; having fun spending time playing and exploring with siblings and friends and trying out new activities. The confidence the children gained is incredible. One of our girls who has attended the last few years was determined this year to kayak without an adult just her and her friend (aged 7 and 6) not only did they stay in the kayak, they actually did some great paddling together too (and only needed to rescued form the bushes a few times!) An amazing achievement and increase in confidence for a little girl with Cerebral Palsy.
