Theatre Workshop celebrates 25 years of touring schools in the UK. The Company is committed to delivering high quality performance, combined with an entertaining and informative workshop.
At the core of Theatre Workshop is a programme of learning that encourages children to explore and develop creatively. Every workshop is supported by a learning programme. Creative programming keeps Theatre Workshop’s work relevant to the National Curriculum. Schools can expect imaginative new workshops, whilst keeping the focus on providing pupils with thrilling quality theatre.
All our workshops have been adapted to accommodate the government guidelines regarding covid-19. We can adapt the workshop to fit bubbles of 15 pupils a time.
Brave Britain At War
Our experienced actor will arrive at your school with a pop-up theatre Experience.
Watch your pupils board the train to take them away from the bombs of London. But where will they stay and with who? Meet the lady from the Ministry who will evacuate your pupils. Watch them board the train with their one suitcase. What should they pack? Also in the Workshop they learn about rationing & how they could help the war effort.
