Testimonials
“Thank you so much for the day you spent at Wistaston. I have had feedback from year 2 and year 6. They all absolutely loved it, thank you so much for doing the full day and entertaining the Year 6 children as well last minute. It’s a great way for the children to learn a tuned instrument when many of us are musically challenged!! Year 6 have said that it was pitched at the perfect level for them and that you taught so much in a short time! It was great that they could join in with the songs straight away and all the children were able to understand what they were doing. I am sure we will be in touch again to use your services and look forward to that. Thank you so much!”
Abby Lowry, Teacher, Wistaston Green Academy, Cheshire (March 2020)
“Matt’s workshop was ACE! It was amazing to see the children so engaged in the lesson and I was impressed with how much they learnt in just one morning. Matt is a talented musician and is also very personable which made organising the day very easy. He delivered a brilliant workshop which linked to our topic, The USA. Our pupils felt extremely proud of themselves to be playing along to well-known tunes and also loved the ‘Name that Tune’ game. Many students were so inspired and eager to learn more, they have expressed an interest in guitar lessons. Thank you so much for such a great session!”
Amy French, Teacher, Lambs Lane Primary, Reading (November 2019)
“Kids that Rock was a perfect musical treat during our school’s Enrichment Week. The children showed a great deal of progress during the day and Matt maintained a fun atmosphere. The material covered was fully inclusive and every child remained engaged throughout, due to the wide range of activities and Matt’s friendly style. I’d certainly recommend Kids that Rock and hope to book again next year.”
