David Woolley has studied in African drumming, dance, singing and music for over 20 years in The Gambia, Senegal and Guinea Conakry, West Africa.
His workshops contain drumming, music, dance, singing, geography, language, culture and many other subjects, all packed into an energy boosting, exciting and amazing experience for school children of all ages.
During his 20 years of experience David has developed an "end of day performance" this is where the children dress in African costumes and headbands to deliver a live performance for parents, teachers and the rest of the school.
David has been returning to West Africa on a regular basis since 1999, as a student and as an Aid for a small charity called Kotu Kids.
David is based in Stoke on Trent and delivers professional workshops throughout Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Shropshire, West Midlands and surrounding areas.
