Firstlight Education
Since 1993 FirstLight Education has been doing shows for schools offering our popular 'pick and mix' programmes. They cover the Earth in Space strand of the Science National Curriculum Key Stages 1 to 3.
In 1998, after six years of working with schools at the Planetarium on the Isle of Wight, we embarked on a new venture to bring our facilities into your school. Our interactive space sessions involve working with groups of your pupils on a rotational basis, going through the Earth and Beyond strand of the Science National Curriculum at Key Stages 1, 2 or 3.
Our SPACEDAY© can be modified to suit presentation in your school. We have evaluation and other material for school visits and the longer period we are with you will improve the understanding and enjoyment of your pupils. Please choose from the following topics those you would like us to present, then together we can agree a format and timetable for the day.
