The UK’s only BKSA Kite School & National Training Centre
The Kitesurf Centre offers classes with a safe environment to try out adventurous water sports, such as powerkiting, stand up paddle boarding and even sumo suit assault courses! This is a fun day out guaranteed to be enjoyed by all and a great choice for adventurous Group Activity Days for schools.
Powerkiting is a great activity for children – easy to learn and lots of fun. Children of all ages and abilities can have a great time on the beach and learn a skill they’ll keep for life.
The Centre is located on Camber Sands kite beach, East Sussex but we also teach at Greatstone Kent on the South East Coast of England, just 1 hour from South London.
The National Training Centre was established by two highly experienced BKSA Senior Instructors in 2007. Born from the frustration of working at other mediocre BKSA & IKO schools in the UK and with the aim of providing the finest & safest level of kitesurfing tuition in England.
Fast forward 13 years and the centre has grown into the country’s leading & most professional outfit.
The lessons are run from the centre on the world renowned kitesurfing beach at Camber Sands, East Sussex, near Rye. With the experience and enthusiasm of the whole team, The Kitesurf Centre is a fantastic place to learn kitesurfing or any kite or watersport.
Fun & Safe Kitesurfing Lessons
The Kitesurf Centre is owned and run by three enthusiastic brothers: Thomas, Tristan and Rupert. They have been kitesurfing since the sport began and conduct or oversee all of the courses. Using their experience, they make sure everything runs smoothly, allowing the students to enjoy themselves while having a productive, fun and safe lesson.
The centre offers equipment hire in all the sports & has a large range of new & used equipment available to purchase from the shop.
