The Castle runs a range of climbing sessions for schools and youth groups. These include:
- One-off sessions
- Term-long courses
- Term-long courses with an assessment
- NICAS, the National climbing award scheme
- Programmes for GCSE and A level
- Custom sessions/programmes to meet specific learning outcomes
- Sessions tailored to meet the requirements of groups with a variety of additional needs
All our instructors hold National Governing Body Awards and are DBS checked.
What else can groups do at The Castle?
We can also organise workshops in our organic garden and talks on sustainability.
Catering is available from The Castle Café, featuring homemade food and produce grown in our organic garden.
