More about this Workshop/Service and the Provider
About
At Real Talk Theatre we want young people to feel that they can express how they are feeling without fear of being judged.
We want young people to be able to have ‘real’ and open discussions about their mental health and well-being and to understand that it is ok not to be ok and that there is help out there.
We all have mental health – it is time we start talking about it. We do not want boys to be too scared to admit they are struggling because they feel they need to ‘man up’.
We do not want the future of tomorrow to be glued to their phones and worrying about how many likes they have on Facebook or Instagram
Workshops on Bullying
In this workshop we ask
- What does a bully look like?
- Why do people bully?
- How does it make us feel?
- What to do if we think a friend may be being bullied.
- What to do if we are being bullied.
