Tai Chi Workshops
Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise and, like yoga, it is the perfect activity to book for your ‘Healthy schools' and ‘Every Child Matters programme.

Training & Background
Lucia studied Chinese dance from an early age and continued her training as a member of the Hong Kong National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. She was introduced to modern dance while earning my B.Sc. in Environmental Science at the University of California-Berkeley.
Lucia is a talented dancer who has gone on to enjoy a professional performance and teaching career. She has worked in contemporary dance, dance theatre, multi-media, circus, and commercial dance companies.
Education Work
Lucia is an inspiring teacher and mentor and has been working within the education sector for some years now delivering a range of workshops including Chinese dance, Tai Chi, Yoga and Chinese Calligraphy.
She is passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers and teaching learners about Chinese culture through her workshops and is a valued facilitator for one of the UK’s largest providers of dance workshops to schools and colleges.
