Here at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, students can discover the science behind this extraordinary experience. They will explore the basics behind flight and wind resistance, before getting to try out the free-fall conditions for themselves!
Indoor skydiving is the simulation of true free-fall conditions in a vertical wind tunnel. As An all-abilities activity, flyers from 3 to 103 years can experience the thrill of indoor skydiving at iFLY, where the dream of flight becomes a reality.

Indoor skydiving provides an exhilarating experience perfect for children, but there is also genuine curiosity behind the science of how the facilities work, which the team at iFLY are keen to communicate.
iFLY’s school packages were already popular, providing courses which covered the science basics associated with flight and wind resistance, but in May 2019 iFLY collaborated with FunScience to relaunch the STEM packages with the goal to create the ultimate school trip., keeping the thrills of human flight, whilst providing the workshop even more educational value.
