Geography School trips
The physical and human geography of the region; its coastline, geology and industrial heritage make Cornwall a great destination and base for geography field trips.
Geography trips to St Ives not only benefit from the town itself, with all its facilities and activites, but also from its location in a truly diverse part of Cornwall.
St Ives is the jewel in Cornwall’s crown; with stunning beaches, a vibrant town and a phenomenal history which charts its rise from tiny, fishing village to the centre of international modern art to one of Britain’s most popular tourist destinations.
See our Geography trips page for more details.
Primary School trips
We offer everything from accommodation-only to full board options and everything in between, we are also small enough to ensure that your pupils are the only guests in the hostel; this makes us particularly well-placed to host your primary school residential.
Group use of Cohort Hostel
If you’ve got a large educational group why not take over the hostel? Group use of the hostel starts at just £650/night for up to 54 people, this could be as little as around £12 per person per night depending on the size of the group.
"It's a little gem and has everything we needed as a school group to make it enjoyable. The staff we met were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The communication prior to the trip was brilliant and Lee always came back to me very quickly. The fact that we could use the space to do art was invaluable - particularly going in February. Excellent value for money. "
Jan Cannon, St Bede's Catholic College, Bristol
"A big thank you from Bloxwich Academy for your hospitality, excellent facilities and friendliness you showed to our staff and pupils. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating hostel who were understanding of our staff and pupils' needs at all times."
Sophie Lester, Bloxwich Academy
